Tipping Canoe operates as an incubator and developer of consumer web apps. We are passionate about the intersection between consumers and new web technologies. We love thinking about the way these technologies are changing the way we access, digest and act upon consumer information.

We work as a frenzied team of people scattered between Berlin, London and Winnipeg. We are writers, editors, community managers, inventors and developers. Our nerve centre for development is a combatively intellectual clan of ninjas flitting amongst a historic warehouse in windy, freezing, mosquito-laden Winnipeg.

The sites we incubate are leading consumer communities or destinations and attract over 15m visits each month.
